All trainings start with a shorter current situation analysis where we look at, among other things, technology maturity, meeting culture and policies. Tailor-made quick guides and a simpler evaluation are included. Customized instructional videos are available as an option.

SMART Board® Pro Basic Training
1.5 h where we discuss relevant functions and working methods.
The goal is for users to feel confident in using SMART Board Pro
to present, brainstorm and review documents.
The content of the education:
- The functions of the iQ module without the need to connect a computer
- Write, save, invite participants remotely and collaborate on the digital whiteboard
- Use the pens in the built-in browser
- Screen share from all different devices, iOS, Android, Miracast
- Switch source – connect your computer or other device to the display
- Work with extra features in Powerpoint on SMART Board Pro
ST/SMP Basic education stage 1
2 + 2 h where we discuss relevant functions and working methods. The goal is for users to feel confident in using the SMART solution to present, brainstorm and review documents.
We go through functions of the software and how to work in Microsoft Office. Brief overview of how SMART works with other software.
2 h follow-up after 3-4 weeks (can be carried out remotely)

ST/SMP Basic education stage 2
2h training where we review and discuss selected working methods that were reviewed during the basic training. The goal is to give users in-depth knowledge of how to make their meetings more efficient.
For best results, Basic training Follow-up is carried out no earlier than one month after the Basic training.
This training can be booked whenever you wish to refresh your knowledge.
Max 10 participants who have completed Basic Education Stage 1.
ST/SMP Education for help desk and conference manager
A 2 + 1 h training where the focus is on basic functions/working methods as well as troubleshooting and support.
The goal is for the participants to be able to provide basic user and technical support to other users.
1 hour follow-up after 1-2 weeks (can be carried out remotely).
Max 10 participants
ST/SMP Train the trainer – Train your colleagues
2 + 2 + 1 h or 4 + 1 h training where we discuss in depth the best way to teach how SMART solutions work. Furthermore, effective working methods and pedagogy are discussed. The goal is for the participants to be able to hold internal training courses themselves.
1 hour follow-up after 1-2 weeks (can be carried out remotely).
Max 5 participants
ST/SMP Inspiration Day
45 min inspiration session continuously for a whole day. The goal is for the participants to understand what opportunities a SMART solution can provide in daily work.
We recommend that an Inspiration Day is followed up by a Basic Training for those who want to deepen their knowledge.
Maximum 15 participants.
